For our first Meat-Free Friday of 2015, I'm sharing this easy Baked Garlic Lime Tilapia: moist and tender baked tilapia in a simple mayonnaise sauce flavored with garlic and lime. This recipe is one of the first seafood dishes I made for Hubby when we were newlyweds, and it's been a family favorite ever since.

Ingredients:
- 6 tilapia steaks, thawed
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 medium limes
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
Directions:
In a small bowl mix together the mayonnaise, mustard, minced garlic, the juice from the 2 limes, and the zest from one lime. Stir in the chopped cilantro; season with salt and pepper. Pour half of the sauce over the tilapia in a medium glass bowl, making sure that all sides are coated. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least one hour.
Preheat oven to 425°F. Lightly grease a large baking sheet with cooking oil. Arrange the tilapia steaks on the baking sheet. Spoon the remaining sauce on each of the tilapia steaks. Bake at 425°F for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven. Serve with Mexican Rice and Nopales. Enjoy!
