Next time I might bake it a little longer; I'm waiting to see if the leftovers "firm" up.
I sprinkled some parm on mine and it was great.
Can't wait to make it again.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02937614259667510103noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2744734965412225855.post-22947089202774452422012-03-24T22:09:21.852-06:002012-03-24T22:09:21.852-06:00this looks delicious..I am always trying to find a...this looks delicious..I am always trying to find a way to get myself to eat more tomatoes..I will definitely try this one..just curious how it would taste if I added cheese as someone here mentioned. cant wait to make it!normanoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2744734965412225855.post-65123892407785944572012-02-02T08:25:19.973-06:002012-02-02T08:25:19.973-06:00Mmmm! My son is vegetarian and I'm sure he is going to love it, the only change I would do is that I would'nt add cummin cause its one of the spices i jiust hate and eventhe smell of it. I would add some cheese to the masa and to substitute cummin I would add some "consome Knorr" the yellow jar. I will let you know how it comes out. thanks.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2744734965412225855.post-39242229364261904972012-01-30T05:35:54.544-06:002012-01-30T05:35:54.544-06:00This looks yummy!
