Then pour that mixture into the saucepan with the melted butter. Stir in the Manchego cheese and just heat until it melts. It's what I used to have to do before finding Lala and Nestle brand cheese. :)Leslie Harrishttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12084393882026836564noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2744734965412225855.post-909187821152974462012-01-30T18:16:33.864-06:002012-01-30T18:16:33.864-06:00I actually am in Mexico. I don't know if these brands are available in the U.S. Since you are in the States, you have a wider selection of cheese to choose from. If the American cheese isn't melting, you could try a mild cheddar. :)Leslie Harrishttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12084393882026836564noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2744734965412225855.post-13181827098817771342012-01-26T21:29:14.266-06:002012-01-26T21:29:14.266-06:00This comment has been removed by the author.Leslie Harrishttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12084393882026836564noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2744734965412225855.post-66865821931446424382012-01-26T20:14:39.793-06:002012-01-26T20:14:39.793-06:00I have a question about the american cheese you us...I have a question about the american cheese you use. Cacique was the brand I used when I lived in the States.
